How
can you get rid of mind fungal diseases contracted in music
conservatories and what can you do if you're crying, grinding your teeth,
raising your left or right shoulder and your teacher is screaming bad
words at you?
Go home, draw a nice, hot bath. Add
two drops of rosemary oil, one drop of roman chamomile, three drops
of sandalwood. Allow ten seconds between each drop. Light a few candles,
scented if possible. Grab your cd remote control. Get rid of your
clothes and climb into the nice, comfortable, warm water. Close your
eyes and donât forget to breathe. Take your remote control and
push on cd number one. You will hear Fred
Cockerham and Tommy Jarrell
-Fiddle
and Banjo Duet. After 55 minutes of
this wonderful music, you may have the need to relieve yourself.
Be aware of the fact that relieving yourself in the bathtub might
conflict with the aromatic mood enhancers. But no matter what happens,
keep concentrating on your breathing. (Your heart beat should be a
little slower by now.) Switch to the number two cd. The strong fiddling
of Kevin
Burke--'If the Cap Fits'. That will allow you to really
relax and become aware of yourself and nothing else but yourself....
Be careful getting out of the tub. Dry yourself off and have a wonderful
infusion of chamomile while you press the third button, and you'll
be listening to Stuff
Smith--'The Mad Genius of the Violin, Vol.I'. You will feel
very, very relaxed. Then go and have a nice little snooze. Keep breathing
all the way up to your bed. Hopefully you made it and hopefully
you will have changed the sheets and put a sachet of lavender under
your pillow. And now its time for you to reflect on the hard day you
had and how you might be able to deal a little better with yourself.
Take it from me...
